Michael Ware Chief Marketing Office of SAP Hospitality Management was recently invited by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) to participate in a round-table discussion in Chicago, IL regarding the challenges and the solutions facing hotel management companies in this tough economy. The round-table was an invitation only event moderated by Bob Gilbert CEO of HSMAI. Michael was honored to be asked to attend and felt that good information was exchanged by these veterans of the hospitality industry.
